Yoga Therapy on The Yoga Wall
Yoga therapy at its core is a practice to connect your mind and body to focus on your physical, mental and emotional health.
Because it uses movement and breathing with specific exercises it helps relieve stress and underlying conditions as an adjunct to physical therapy. This is great for those feeling overwhelmed, overstressed, in constant pain, overstimulated, anxious and those dealing with GI disorders, bowel and bladder problems, pelvic pain, back pain and hip pain.
The yoga wall makes it easier to decompress your spine and pelvis and allows you to get into positions you might not otherwise be able to, stretch deeper than normal or relax your body and be supported by the straps.
Individual Sessions
Work 1:1 with one of our yoga therapists to help stretch, elongate, relax and move your body to assist achieving your goals. Couples well during and after physical therapy.

Small Group Workshops
Join one of our small group (max 6 people) workshops to focus on key areas you need. The benefit of a yoga class with personal attention. Uses the wall and the mat. Great for those with limited strength or mobility that need some support to get in/out of traditional yoga poses.
