About Fettle & Fit Physical Therapy
We help patients of all genders restore their core and pelvic floor so they can do what they love without pain, leakage, or weakness.
We are a private outpatient pelvic health clinic located in Richmond, Virginia. who treats a wide variety of clients across the rehab/wellness/fitness spectrum.
Much of our growth has happened because of the incredible team and culture that has been created at Fettle & Fit. We want to create a place that staff love to come to work to learn and grow – and a place that our patients look forward to coming back to time and time again.

The right person is likely to have been working as a pelvic health therapist or has a passion for it and has a track record of listening to patients and solving problems. They will want to refine their skills and learn how to be a better clinician.

What We’ve Got For You…
A full time opportunity where you get to be an integral part of a small, focused pelvic health clinic with reasonable caseload so you can be happy about work
Focus on your patient 1:1 for an hour without aides, techs or double booking
Provide you with ongoing structured mentoring and support including clinical training in pelvic health, nutrition, exercise, diagnostics and effective communications
Relocation assistance, if needed
Salary above standard and commensurate with your level of pelvic health experience; bonuses for exceptional performance
